By creating an account, browsing, or using Uxendo (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), accessible via uxendo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Uxendo provides an interactive online learning experience for digital product creators, designers, and managers. Our platform features bite-sized UX exercises, design assessments, skill tests, personalized progression metrics, and certifications.

During our current beta phase, core educational content is made freely available to registered learners. We reserve the right to evolve, modify, or enhance features over time.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To unlock progress tracking, bookmarking, and assessments, you must register an account using a valid email address or a supported single sign-on provider (such as Google).

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@uxendo.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & License

All materials on Uxendo — including lessons, interactive drills, curriculum structures, visual interfaces, graphics, logos, audio, code, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Uxendo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view platform content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the platform without our express written permission.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Uxendo, you agree not to:

• Engage in automated scraping, data extraction, harvesting, or indexing of platform content.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security controls, rate limiters, or access restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or cheats to artificially manipulate drill scores, streaks, or rankings.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code intended to damage or disrupt servers and user devices.
• Harass, abuse, or defame other users, staff, or community members.

6. Skill Scores & Certifications

Assessments, certificates, and skill metrics issued by Uxendo reflect your demonstrated proficiency within the curriculum drills on our platform. While designed to rigorously test practical product and design knowledge, they are educational credentials and do not constitute formal academic accreditation or guaranteed employment outcomes.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through your profile settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the platform or other learners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uxendo disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uxendo and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material modifications, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Uxendo following notice of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
